VIRTUAL INTERIOR CONCEPT

GERMAN VERSION HERE

A particular challenge of this project was the fact that the planned studio had to be integrated into an existing property that was previously used for residential purposes only. With minor changes to the floor plan and contemporary, yet timeless statement furniture, a creative and productive working environment was created for up to twelve people.

When creating and visualizing the lighting concept for the studio, a new feature of Unreal Engine 5 proved particulary useful: UE5’s Lumen helped to dynamically lit the scene and make sure that every requirement for a productive, yet enjoyable working environment is met.

DETAIL PLANNING WITH VIRTUAL REALITY

As always with our visual concepts, we wanted the entire design to be accessible in real-time VR, allowing our client to configure critical interior details as he experiences the studio in Virtual Reality.

Colors and furnishing variants can be tried out live via an intuitive UI and thanks to UE5’s Lumen system, real-time adjustments to the lighting environment are a great addition to the presentation. All effects can be experienced live via Virtual Reality. The result was a perfectly lit office with ergonomically arranged furnishing.

INTERACTIVE PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

Let your customers individualize real-estate or any kind of products: Our hybrid real-time configurators are built with the latest version of Unreal Engine (UE5) and can be used via VR glasses, but also directly on-screen. Additionally, we offer a “light-weight” HMTL version of our configurators to be accessed via web browsers, without compromising visual quality.
